About ACC

Acta Clinica Croatica (Acta Clin Croat) is a peer reviewed general medical journal open to physicians and scientists from the field of biomedicine and health, with a focus on clinical medicine. The international Editorial Board of the journal consists of renowned Croatian and international experts. The journal uses the Diamond Open Access model. This means that there are NO author processing fees and no fees to access the published papers.

Acta Clinica Croatica has been published continuously since 1962 by the Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Center, Zagreb, Croatia. The journal appears quarterly with the annual author and subject index, bringing original scientific papers, professional papers, case reports, review articles, letters to the editor, etc. In addition, one to two supplements are published per year with congress presentations or abstracts.

Acta Clinica Croatica is supported by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
The journal is indexed in the Web of Science/Science Citation Index Expanded (since 2007), Index Medicus/MEDLINE (since 2008), Scopus (since 1993) and Excerpta Medica/EMBASE.
